Mobility
A 30-minute flow using the yoga wheel to guide you through backbends, chest openers, and mobility exercises. Perfect for all levels.

Pole Recovery
Gentle yoga-based recovery designed with pole dancers in mind — but open to all. Slow, intentional movement for tight shoulders, sore hips, and general training fatigue.

Mobility
Unlock tension through your entire spine using the yoga wheel. Combines breath-based movement, gentle backbends, and guided stretches for posture and spinal health.

Flexibility
Work toward your splits safely with this flexibility-focused flow. Opens hips, hamstrings, and hip flexors using breath, active stretches, and safe progressions.

Core
For when you're rebuilding or recalibrating. Mat-based, grounded, and intentional — deep core, mindful movement, and breath. Designed for pole dancers, open to all.

Flexibility
Unlock deeper range of motion in your hips and straddle. Active mobility drills, deep stretches, and mindful strength work for pancakes and hip flexibility.

Conditioning
Build strength, stability, and control for your pole practice. Targets shoulders, core, hips, and upper body with mindful movement and breath. Bring a resistance band.

Floor Work2 Credits
A floorwork class focused on creating smooth, flowing leg waves that look effortless and feel controlled. A collaboration with Goddess from By Goddess — blending technique with intentional movement. Includes a yoga-based warm-up to activate the right muscles before you flow.
Please note: Liquid Legs is a floor work pole class — not a yoga class — co-taught by Flow Motion and Goddess from By Goddess. Because it is a specialist collaboration class, it uses 2 credits (rather than 1) when redeemed with a class pass or membership.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned pole dancer looking for recovery support, we'll help you find the right class. Reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.
