Using mindful movement, breath, and light resistance, you’ll target the shoulders, core, hips, and upper body while maintaining alignment and flow. Students are encouraged to bring resistance bands, a yoga block, and a strap to enhance strength and mobility work. Perfect for pole dancers of all levels, this class blends yoga principles with functional strength exercises to improve your inversion control, grip endurance, and overall body awareness. Leave feeling strong, balanced, and ready to take your pole practice to the next level.

What to Expect:
