Yoga for pole, recover and restore

Give your body the recovery it deserves with this gentle, yoga-based class designed with pole dancers in mind — but open to all bodies and levels. Whether you’re managing tight shoulders, sore hips, or general fatigue from training, this class will guide you through slow, intentional movement to release tension, support joint health, and promote healing.

We’ll focus on calming the nervous system, opening the chest and shoulders, decompressing the spine, and restoring mobility in the hips and neck — all while staying mindful of wrist, elbow, and nerve sensitivity. No pole experience is required — just bring your body as it is, and leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and supported.
