Sunday reset : yoga basics

This isn’t just a yoga class — it’s your Sunday reset.

A 35-minute space to release the tension, stress, and mental noise your body has been holding onto all week… so you don’t carry it into the next one.

We start low to the ground, releasing the neck and shoulders, moving through the ribs, and opening the hips — reconnecting everything back to your center.

Then we build into gentle strength, stability, and a short standing balance sequence… so your body doesn’t just feel relaxed, it feels supported.
