Designed for pole dancers, yogis, and anyone looking to improve posture and spinal health, this class combines breath-based movement, gentle backbends, and guided stretches to safely build flexibility and release deep layers of tension.

The yoga wheel helps open the chest, decompress the spine, and support backbends in a safe, controlled way — making it ideal for both beginners and advanced students. This class is wrist-friendly, nerve-conscious, and focuses on restoring balance in the neck, shoulders, and back. No pole or yoga experience required — all bodies are welcome.
