Low Key Core: Control for Pole is a grounded, intentional core-based class focused on helping you feel stronger, more connected, and more supported in your movement.

This class focuses on deep core engagement, pelvic stability, hip control, breath, and noticing how the trunk connects to the rest of the body. Instead of rushing through ab exercises, we focus on control, coordination, and building a stronger foundation from the inside out.

Using movements like pelvic tilts, cat cows, and controlled leg work, this class helps dancers build stability, body awareness, and control that can carry into inversions, transitions, floor work, flexibility, and fluid movement.

Designed with pole dancers in mind, but supportive for anyone wanting to move with more awareness, control, and stability.
