This class will gently open the hips, hamstrings, and hip flexors using a combination of breath, active stretches, and safe progression techniques.

Whether you’re just starting your flexibility journey or looking to deepen your current range, this class offers modifications for all levels. The focus is on long-term flexibility without forcing or overstretching, allowing you to build mobility, strength, and joint support over time. Wrist-friendly and designed with pole dancers in mind — but open to all bodies.
