We’ll focus on shoulder and chest opening, spinal decompression, gentle hip and neck mobility, and subtle core activation — all designed to help pole dancers feel strong, supported, and ready for training. This class avoids high-risk moves like chaturangas and wrist-heavy poses, keeping it safe for sensitive or recovering areas.
